Style Note: The Isabella Oliver Cape

Posted by London Darling

Yesterday was one of those cold and breezy days in London when you really need something warm and snug to wrap up in. And what better way to wrap up than in a cape. It's the perfect alternative to a winter coat. I received this beautiful one as a Christmas Gift from one of my favourite labels Isabella Oliver.

London Fashion Week Diary: BODYAMR

The BODYAMR show was one that I was particularly looking forward to, and it was well worth the wait. The signature draping that I love still played a huge role in the collection as an abundance of luxe fabrics and beaded embellishment.

I recently changed my beauty regime to include the Cleanse and Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser, the Instant Boost Skin Tonic and Skin Repair Moisturiser. It's been just six days, and already I've seen a noticeable difference in the clarity of my complexion and the texture of my skin.

  1. foluke Said,

What Wahanda Listed spa/salon would you spend the vouchers at and why? -

To be honest I'd go from zones 1-6 for the opportunity of a good pamper!

  2. London Darling Said,

But you didn't say the Wahanda listed spa/salon, you need to be a bit more specific! :-)

  3. tor (fabfrocks) Said,

I would go to the Linda Meredith spa in Knightsbridge because the website says it has more celebrity visitors than any others, and that would be perfect for a post-Christmas pamper. And maybe do some celeb-spotting at the same time!

  4. London Darling Said,

    Ooh nice choice. Good luck!

  5. Rhamnousia Said,

I would choose the Six Senses Spa, I went there when I was a lawyer in training thanks to my lovely supervisor and it was really really nice. I've been a handful of times since but I'd move in if they allowed it. It's close enough to work and my flat so I don't get re-stressed on the way back home.

My skin has been breaking out this looks like a place that could help.

  7. Metta Said,

If I won, I would spend my vouchers at the lush Peak Health Club & Spa at the Jumeirah Carlton Tower in Knightsbrigdge. (http://www.wahanda.com/place/peak-health-club-and-spa-at-the-jumeirah-carlton-tower/reviews/#professional-reviews).

The facilities look fit for a princess and I would enjoy the views of London from its 9th floor location. I'd make use of the steam room & sauna facilities beforehand to relax me and get me in the right frame of mind. I'd go for a Tropical Saltmousse Glow followed by a half hour massage...

Yes I am extra! I went onto the website and chose my treatments, *sigh* I so need this right now!

  8. Sharon B Said,

For me it would have to be the Calcot Spa at Calcot Manor. I have heard greay comments from people who have been there and because it's on 'the doorstep' I really have no excuse not to visit. Christmas isn't even here yet and I soooo need a pick me up! A pampering New Year sounds blissful to me!
